2025 MLB Draft

This is nasty, here’s $50k to come play pro ball

Such a stud. He's from Tampa.

Went to Charleston Southern with no other offers. Saw Missouri State playing Oklahoma State on television in the tournament and asked to walk-on because he liked how they play.

Worked and gained strength and just got better every year. Hit some balls 110 this year as a little guy. Almost no tools but has performed every place he's been.

Money saver as a senior, but was a 2nd team All-American getting a chance to play pro ball.

These players have no leverage and are also not great players so take it or you will probably never play pro ball again. They are drafted just for the slot savings. It’s cruel but it’s the system.
They also know ahead of time. Almost every player tells the team what they'd sign for or the team asks if they'll sign for ____.

That's why great prospects go undrafted. They wouldn't agree on the phone.

haha. I saw his name on a few draft lists midway through the year so i looked him up. He's an outlier. Just a kid who stayed home and has all the tools. 6'6 210, runs really well has pop. K's a bit much looking at stats.

Saw he was a 3B but they have him leading off and playing CF a lot. Basically Missouri St verson of Mason Greenhouse - but Greenhouse has even more ability and potential
My friend, you're sleeping on Missouri State baseball. They're a legit program.

Miami tried to take him last year, by the way.

"Stayed home." He's from Jackson, Missouri. That's the bootheel. Four hours away from Springfield (where Jackson Cantwell lives).
