2025 Miami Win Total

9 is the right number.

10 wins and I think this team would have achieved more than last year, given the schedule.

The sad part is 11 wins should be the target, given this stage in Mario's tenure. Outside of Notre Dame, there's nobody on this schedule that should be at our level, had our trajectory been where we wanted it to be. We have 8 home games and don't leave Florida until November.

I really don't get crying about the schedule.

We don't play Clemson, who is clearly the other best team in the league, pre-season.

We play our toughest opponent on paper, ND, at home, at night, and they have a new QB making his first college appearance.

We play one of the 3-4 best teams on the entire schedule, UiF, at home, in Week 4, and they are coming off a game AT Tennessee the week before.

We play 4 consecutive home games in our OOC schedule in September, then we have a week off to play at FSU, who will be average at best. FSU plays a road game, at UVA, the week before our game.

Then we get ANOTHER week off, and then host Louisville on a Friday night, another night game, at home.

At SMU will be a tough game, but they don't have some incredibly raucous atmosphere there. We're not going to the Big House. And on November 1, it likely won't be snowing sideways.

The last 5 weeks are kinda iffy. AT SMU as I mentioned, 2 straight at home against Syracuse and NC State, then back to back road games to end the season at VT and Pitt. Would I have rather played one of those at home? Sure. But we have 8 home games, and Miami has one of the best home records in the ACC over the past several seasons. We went undefeated at home last year, and every game except for VT was a boat-racing. The 2 cold-weather games are against VT and Pitt, who went 6-6 and 7-5 last year, respectively. We're not playing at ND in November. We're not playing at Clemson.

The schedule is fine.

I'm right about where I am with the NY Knicks in the playoffs currently - surprise me mode. Last year at this point I was high on the Kool Aid with all the portal adds. This year, not so much.

11-13 wins.

H ND. - 50/50

ACCCG - W

Playoffs - ?

As long as Beck’s healthy I think we perform as well as last years offense. TE room will get a lot more targets and I don’t think we will be backed into needing the big play to rescue us from the bad play.

Much like the improvement in offense from 23 to 24 led us to 3 more wins I think they put it together on defense and squeeze another 2+ wins out of the team. Are they gonna win a natty? No, but I expect them to make the playoffs and win the ACC (I don’t buy all the Clemson talk).

This is probably the most accurate. All games in which we will be heavy favorites. Taking care of business where we beat ND UF and FSU.

However, **** the bed with Stanford where Miami loses as a 22 point favorite at home.

Immediately putting any playoff and ACCCG hopes on life support. Then following annual tradition of losing the last 1-2 games putting a bullet in our collective heads to finish the season as a wet fart

Florida is coming off a game against a loaded LSU team. They are going to get smoked.

This season is difficult to predict but I’ll play:

H ND. - L
H BCU - W
H USF - W
H UF - W
A FSU - W
H L’ville - L
H Stanford - W
A SMU - L
H Cuse - W
H NCState - W
A VT - W
A Pitt - W

I wouldn’t be surprised if Mario drops a game he shouldn’t, as always. We miss ACC title game.

I dont see us beating VT away from home in November and at Pitt is another one.

if beck is healthy 9 wins. if not 3 wins

1- The Big House is a morgue.
2- The empty games are more of a worry than the packed ones. Coming out flat and staying there.

Just blindly guessing now, 9-3. I was thinking 10-2, but we didn't get some portal additions, to what and where I expected. We also made some great additions. To do this right, you have to evalute our and our opponents new rosters. Every team in the ACC added at least 15 portal players except Duke 8 and Clemson 3. You have to evaluate those new additions, now. I will do that, like I did last season and then after Fall Camp, take a guess.
