Even though the scores would seem to indicate close games, it felt like the '01 Canes football vs Nebraska the whole time. The chasm between the top SEC teams' talent level each year (esp. pitching), and every other conference, still feels huge.

The only reason it wasn't another all SEC Final is due to AR being in the same bracket as LSU.

LSU only needed to use 3 pitchers to win the 2 game Championship against Coastal too

It's because the stadium is across the 405 and it's a ***** to get to. Unfortunately, our Athletics department is also pretty crap at marketing out the team and college baseball isn't a draw to most students.
