North Carolina's Seth Trimble out indefinitely with arm injury​

Out indefinitely after suffering a broken bone in his left forearm during a team workout Sunday, the school announced. Trimble will undergo surgery this week.

For a team that was already lacking in depth, that won't be good for them.
 
The freshman class this year got me loving cbb again. I'm excited again for the Nba draft.

ACC related. From ESPN:

'Stanford's Ebuka Okorie has totaled 55 points in two games.

There are the international newcomers, too. Virginia Tech's Neoklis Avdalas had one of the best outings regardless of class, going for 33 points and six assists against Providence. Virginia's Thijs De Ridder is averaging 20.5 points through two games.
 
Some great games today:

Gonzaga vs Creighton
Ohio vs Saint Mary's
Memphis vs Ole Miss
Texas Tech vs Illinois
Dayton vs Cincinnati

The ACC has some big matchups:
FSU vs UF
Wake Forest vs Michigan
Kentucky vs Louisville

And while I don't believe in conference pride in Football, in Basketball it's a different story IMO. You want your conference to be good & have good teams, so I'm hoping the ACC can pull off 3-0 tonight, although I'd be surprised if anybody other than Louisville won.

Also sidebar; but Maryland really screwed themselves by leaving, they have no business being in the B1G. They simply don't belong. They're an ACC team at heart & ever since they left they have been on an island lost at sea. I believe they made that move for their Football program, but lost sight of the fact that they're a Basketball school above all.

Whatever money they get from the B1G has not been worth it.
