CB in this draft feels really deep. My CB rankings:

Tier 1: Top 15 player
Quinyon Mitchell (love quinyon. Has everything you want. Only worry was level of competition)
Tier 1B: Clear 1st rounder
Nate Wiggins (only worry is size. Think he's going to be a stud. Has much higher potential to be lock down cover cb than Arnold imo)
Terrion Arnold (Just all around great prospect)
Tier 2: Fringe 1st to 2nd rounder. Mostly High floor imo
Kool-Aid McKinstry
Cooper DeJean (view as more of a safety or nickel cb. Not sure has the hips. Great ball skills.)
Max Melton
Mike Sainristil (only a nickel, but just seems like he's going to be high floor)
Tier 3: 2nd to 3rd rounders. These guys could be really good
TJ Tampa
Jarrian Jones (was great against man, and has elite athletic profile)
Ennis Rakestraw Jr. (Could be another nickel/safety guy. Speed questions for sure)
Renardo Green
Decamerion Richardson
DJ James
Elijah Jones
Tier 4: still really like some of these guys quite a bit, but have a major negative. Still Starting potential
Cam Hart
Khyree Jackson
Andru Phillips
Kamari Lassiter
Kamal Hadden
Nehemiah Pritchett
Jarvis Brownlee Jr.
Tier 5: Could be solid depth.
Caelen Carson
Myles Harden
Josh Newton
Kris Abrams-Draine
Deantre Prince
Qwan'tez Stiggers
Storm Duck (listed purely cause this dude is an athletic monster. Started off frosh year strong)

@Memnon you got a CB ranking for this draft class?
1. Nate Wiggins
2. Quinyon Mitchell
3. Terrion Arnold
4. Ga'Quincy McKinstry
5. Ennis Rakestraw
6. Elijah Jones
7. Max Melton
8. Kris Abrams-Draine
9. Decamerion Richardson
10. Jarrian Jones/ Beanie Bishop

This is probably one of the deepest CB drafts in several years. There's guys like Dwight McGlothern, Myles Harden, Jarvis Brownlee, DJ James & Micah Abraham who will all be available in the later rounds, but will likely be contributing starters in the league & play well.

Then you have a versatile Swiss army knife style prospect like Jaylin Simpson. He's a Safety, but played a ton of Corner in college & has very good speed to play both spots. He was also excellent in coverage for most of his career.

Beanie Bishop is probably the biggest sleeper at CB in the draft. One of the best technically sound cover corners in this year's group & has very good speed/athletic ability. The only knock on him is size, but he's an ideal Nickel that can also play Field.

We're not too dissimilar.

- Rakestraw I just have too many athleticism and build concerns with to have him 5th. He's kinda like DJ James for me. I really like both and think they can/will be starters. But they both have that same concern. I think Rakestraw is just the pure better player. But James has speed that I don't think rakestraw has.
- Biggest difference in our lists seems to be Abrams-Draine, and probably TJ Tampa. Tampa kinda goes against most of what I say for other players but I just like him, and think he's got a lot of room for improvement given he switched from WR in college.

I’m going to go ahead and guess you are a jags fan lol

Bowers isn’t falling out of top 15. Definitely not top 20.

Rams getting qb is interesting. I can see it. Though I also think like Giants/a titans could really **** up mocks if they take a QB.

Well, yes, its also intel, too. They have a lot of options. I hope they get a WR or OL. A CB is fine, its just you gotta protect Trevor Lawrence or give Trevor Lawrence a DUDE. CB is fine, but get the offense done first, then worry about a guy that can play nickel. ****, they may trade the pick for Aiyuk or Higgins...who knows. They'll probably take CJ Henderson again. Maybe KLavon Chaisson.

As for Bowers...the lack of workout just makes him a wild card. Again, I didn't predict trades. He's got a wide variance of outcomes in R1, IMO.

Vikings fan - I don’t want McCarthy unless he’s there at 11. Wouldn’t give up the house for him

Same. I want Maye or Daniels, ideally Maye if we trade up. I could live with McCarthy at 11 although I don't really want him. Would hope we could get Penix at 23 as I prefer him over McCarthy anyways. If we get Bo Nix, I might jump into oncoming traffic.

I'm fine with him at 5-11. I don't think we have to give up the house to grab him. I also don't want to play the board like a bunch of asshats and hope he gets to #11. Can you imagine if the Vikings didn't go all in on Maye and tried to wait for McCarthy and they get ****ed?

Oh I can cause it's the Vikings and that's what we do
