Most fans can’t tell the difference between Cover 2 off man and Cover 2 man even thought the difference is literally one thing.

Kirk admitted in his commitment interview that he cried when Miami told him no thanks basically. Swfl is correct based on actual public info you could pull up from the kids mouth.

You can expect help over the top and still not get burnt tho. The safety help should have probably killed the play. But it doesn’t mean he did well ekther.

”Expect”? No, he was supposed to have inside , deep help and that’s why he aligned the way he did. “ The safety left his coverage to jump the dig. “Deeper than the deepest“. On top of that he did it knowing there was a true TF getting his first pt. It would be one thing if that only happened once but it keeps happening. Leaving your coverage deep to jump shallow routes that has defenders will bite you most times.
