Sounds like a recurring theme. What I don’t understand is when we got him, people were saying he was a DC/HC in the making. So he clearly fooled a lot of people and this stuff always tends to come out after the fact. In hindsight, Mario got a little too fixated on the headline of “Miami stole Coach X from School Y.” I hope his mulligans this off-season focus on staff chemistry and maybe some guys who have done more with less.
