6'3 180lbs 4-star WR out of Richmond VA, goes to private school St. Christopher's.
Dual sport athlete that plays both Football & Basketball.
Is big tall long framed athlete with strong physical makeup & good long speed. His natural athleticism jumps off the screen, he routinely uses his Basketball vert to high point the ball against defenders & has glue hands. @:50 on his tape he makes a spectacular one handed catch on the 9 route, literally boxing out the DB & making the great catch. He makes another great one handed catch @2:09 on his tape after doing a good job keep the CB at bay until he made his break out of the route & then used a good disengage swim move bypassing the defender. @1:23 shows his terrific hands on the comeback route reaching over the DB's hands & making a college level catch. @2:15 does a very nice job beating the CB off the line with a quick setup stagger step before releasing to the outside hashes towards the sideline for the textbook Redzone fade route for a TD, he won that route & scored that TD literally off his first two steps off the line of scrimmage. Then @2:28 does another great job of using his physicality at the top of his stem on the Post route to completely take the CB out from even being able to make a play on the ball, makes a good high point jump & maintains balance on the way down & delivers a nice stiff arm to turn a 20 yard catch into 60yd TD.
Overall, he's a very naturally gifted athlete with A+ excellent hands & great catch radius who regularly high points making jump ball catches, with next level body control. He's not asked to run the full route tree, but understands how to create separation at the top of his routes & how to stack DB's & stem routes to get open. He has good quick twitch ability & is a long stride runner that eats up yardage covering lots of ground, has good speed for his size & can make contort his body to make acrobatic style catches. Literally plays Basketball on the field.
He's a high caliber athlete that could be a D1 starter in both Basketball & Football. Was one of the best players in VA on the AAU circuit. Played for Team Loaded AAU & averaged 31.3 ppg, 4.3 rpg & 2.8 steals per game
Is a 4-star with a 92.9 rating, high upside prospect.
Is similar to WR's like 2021 Brian Thomas & 2020 Darin Turner who were both very good Basketball players in HS.
