I really can’t tell you guys everything y’all want to know because I’m up in Daytona for college so I haven’t really been on my brother back about the Recruiting process but I called him last night and he was ****ed about what was said about him in that article, he said everything they said about him is untrue. The truth is that he loves Miami , my whole family do in fact , he wanted to commit to Miami earlier this year but was told by manny and the rest of the staff to wait and go on other visits before he commit because Miami is the only school he ever visited , manny told my brother if he commits he can’t take any other visits, and if he was to commit and decommit later on he couldn’t promise him a spot because they would pursue other guys. So my brother took manny advice and visited bama this week , he told me he still loves Miami and will visit there at least 3 or 4 more times , he also will attend paradise camp , it’s early in the process everybody relax , don’t believe that article , at the end of the day in my hear he will be a cane if everything goes right, the whole family pushing him to stay home , it’s going to come down between Miami and bama tbh , the way this season goes for us determines everything for KJ.
Thanks for the explanation causeThere is ALWAYS two sides to the story and it was nice to get his(yours) before guys starting chopping on the young man for no reason and REALLY **** him off.

Hoping your right and he's a Cane on signing day.

Thanks kindly for the update on KJ. It’s amazing in these recruiting times that people will say things just for clicks but alas, they do. Here’s hoping he listens to the family advice and puts on for the Orange and green!!!

Having a class of Kelly, SS and Kenyatta will be nasty. That's a 2 year haul of 4 legit 4-5 star dudes. Add someone like Tarbor or a prize like Bear would be an incredible haul.

Bama 247 has an interview with Kenyatta's father as their cover story. Here it is:

Alabama’s highest-ranked official visitor last weekend was South Florida edge rusher Kenyatta Jackson, who ranks No. 76 in the nation, per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite. The Crimson Tide impressed from every angle throughout the weekend stay.

“What I enjoyed about the trip is throughout the whole visit and the whole time I was there, even when we were at the airport in Birmingham, the transportation guy, everything was solid,” Kenyatta Jackson Sr. told BamaOnLine. “No bad vibes at all. When I say it was a good feeling, it was a magnificent feeling from that point all the way until we got back home. I can’t say nothing negative. Everything was all positive from Alabama, period.”

Jackson’s father liked what UA head coach Nick Saban had to say.

“He left a great message to us as far as the parents, even to Kenyatta Jr.," he said. "Everything is a business standpoint but at the end of the day Nick Saban himself, he loves his kids. He would do anything for the kids, anything for the players. Life after football was the majority of the conversation. Everything was all positive. From my standpoint, I’m a coach, too. I’ve got the whole concept. But I wanted Junior to hear from the best, the future legend. Even the Alabama program itself, I wanted him to see it face to face. Everything was perfect timing.”

Tide linebacker Quandarrius Robinson hosted Jackson throughout the visit. The family is also close with UA newcomer and South Florida native Dallas Turner.

“The relationship they have amongst each other as a unit, as a team,” Jackson Sr. said of what impresses him most about Alabama. “As far as not just the football players, but the staff, the people around the staff, the people outside the staff … everything was like they knew which one was thinking this, which one was thinking this … that’s the perception I got. Actions speak louder than words, and they were all action. It was very solid.”

Over the coming days Jackson will be back at Alabama, along with Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, South Florida, and UCF as Chaminade-Madonna takes a team tour of several programs across the southeast.

Next weekend Jackson will officially visit Oklahoma before traveling to Florida and Ohio State to round out the month on official visits. The fifth trip will come during the fall.

“I don’t have no favorites at all whatsoever, but I will say this … we will have a sit down (after the visits) and elaborate on certain things,” Jackson Sr. said. “But to be honest, Alabama came hard. They came hard. And when I spoke to Junior, he said he had a blast. Right now we’re just trying to see who’s going to match up with Alabama.”

Canesport at it again. Remember when they did the same ish to Travonte Valentine? Put out some BS article and Valentine called them on it. I get it its a website driven by clicks and bad news gets more clicks than good news typically but another example of Miami media hurting as oppose to helping the team.

he had a player dying when he was the Dolphins coach and he stepped over him and didn't even acknowledge him and walked away while other players were trying to help. That's all you need to know about Nick Saban.

SEDANO: Give me an example of something Saban did to someone while you were there that made you shake your head, you’re like, "That stuff doesn’t work here."

EVANS: Well, the first day of two-a-days. We had about a three-hour-plus practice in the morning in that south Florida sun. You guys know what it’s like down there in late July, early August. And then that night we had another practice under the lights, if I recall I think it was about from 6 to 9.

Jeno James, our best offensive lineman at the time, comes in and collapses after practice, uh, vomiting all kinds of stuff that would make a billygoat puke, eyes rolled in the back of his head. Myself, about four other lineman are trying to carry him from the locker room, to the training room.

Obviously it’s a moment of panic, everyone, you know, we don’t know if this guy’s, you know, gonna die, I mean, the whole deal. But he’s so big and sweaty and heavy that we actually have to set him down in the hallway between the locker room and the training room.

Nick Saban literally just starts walking in, steps over Jeno James convulsing, doesn’t say a word, doesn’t try to help, goes upstairs, I don’t know what he does. But then obviously they get Jeno trauma-offed to the hospital.

Saban calls a team meeting about 10:30 that night, comes down and says, "You know, the captain of the ship can never show fear or indecision, we’ve always gotta have an answer, and so I had to go upstairs, that’s why I walked over Geno like that, I had to collect my thoughts and decide what’s best for our team."
