6'1 185lbs 4-star CB out of Houston TX, goes to 6A school Clear Lake (same school as 2021 DB Mark Wilson).

Had 27tcks 7PBU's 2TFL's & 1INT his Sophomore season.

Is a tall long armed Corner with good speed & nice footwork. In press man he has good hips out of his stance, he opens well & immediately gets on his horse to stay step for step with the WR, doesn't fall for head fakes or quick moves, he reads the WR's hip movement & shoulders to recognize when to make a necessary break to the outside shoulder. He uses his arm length to stay in phase through the route & regularly gets the inside leverage. Is a prototype Boundary Corner & understands how to use the sideline as an extra defender. Plays a lot off/Zone coverage & has very good bail technique, skates his feet while maintaining eye contact on when the ball is released, smart eye disciple doesn't bite down on double moves & shows good lateral footwork. Is a willing tackler. Needs to work on overall physicality & would like to see him play more Press man, but that's not really in his control.

Has good speed, eye test 4.5 ish range, ran a 22.25 in the 200m, so he definitely has an extra gear.

Is a 4-star with a 91 rating & was 1st team all-district. High upside prospect.

Comes from good athletic stock, his older brother is a WR that committed to Oklahoma in 2015 but then transferred to AZ St, played for Rob Likens in 2017/18 but then transferred to Nevada after getting injured. His father played football at Texas A&M Kingsville & was a RB & his cousin is Derrick Pope who played LB at Bama & was drafted by the Dolphins in 04 & played for them for 3 years.

Holds offers from Baylor, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mizzou, Indiana, Kansas, Houston & Utah St.

Hmmmm. I like it! Aristede short window in TX, but you’d think he could make an impact.
