Guys like Richt don't turn things around at this stage of their careers. His best days are long gone and his ego won't allow for him to bring in coaches who could help turn the offense around.

He had the perfect setup at UGA and still ultimately got fired for not being good enough. But the admin here is going to cut him every break because he is an alum, donated money, had a few good years at UGA and is considered a good guy. They won't be able to see past all his deficiencies as a coach and will continue to put blame elsewhere.

This isn't going to end any time soon, unless, Richt does the admirable thing and walk away. But he won't, be because he not the good guy they think he is.
 
Next year will be Morks last here in a HC capacity, after we're smoked in the opener by Ufag things go downhill from there, players lose interest etc then comes along FSwho with their new OC Briles and puts a 50 spot on us and Mork is done. Failed experiment once again by Miami administration and their puppet AD
 
To put it simply, NO Richt won't be hanging around in Thee Gables come half past midnight January 2021.
