Yeah, I'm pretty shocked. But, as a Hurricane fan, Horne going there only helps us in recruiting, IMO. Not only is T-Rob a great recruiter, now he can tell CBs, he coaches top 10 CBs too.

Waddle isn't only a slot WR. IF he's healthy, he's a game changing WR and ST returner. But, he must be healthy. I agree with you that he could have been there at 9. Miami made a mistake by trading out of 3. They had two 1st rounders this year and for 2022. Their trade was pointless and they lost position to either pick Pitts or Chase, or trade out during this draft for a bigger ransom than what they got from trading out months ago.

Back when Miami made that trade with SF, I thought it was a bad trade. If SF wanted a QB and everyone knew that they did, why not wait? You knew Lawrence and Wilson would go 1-2....SF wouldn't trade with Falcons at 4 because Falcons didn't want to budge off of that spot. Miami could have gotten SF's #1 this year, 2022, and two 2nd rounders for the #3 this year.
