I was eager (well maybe the wrong word) to see who they predicted as Canes starting-5. Sadly, they only listed the Top 45 teams, and guess what. Meanwhile, ACC has six teams in Top25, though none in Top10 (Eff es yew at 12th the highest.)

I think Gak can be effective in a bit role. But as the current roster stands, he would have to have much more of a focal role. We badly need more frontcourt depth and talent.

Currently, at best, Miami might be the 10th best team in the ACC.
This is not a good sign for a coaching staff trying to break a 3 year losing streak.
Then again, preseason rankings don't matter.
