2020 Season: How Far Ahead Do Practices Start?

Sometimes when I get home from work I'll make a sandwich, take a nap and then proceed to abuse myself for the next 2.5 hours...

So, my guess would be about an hour and 20 minutes give or take...
 
CTE kills less people than the flu. Obviously they don't need to practice. Helmets shouldnt be forced either.
