Is a dual Sport athlete that plays Football & is a State Champion Wrestler in the 270lbs weight class.

Currently holds offers from Oh St, Penn St, Mich St, UGA, LSU & Nebraska.

I love for my HS OL's & LB's to be wrestlers (if their school has a team).

I think it teaches young guys great mental discipline, great one on one skills & how to engage with a defender using your hands.

Also great for core strength, balance & leverage.

When I wrestled in high school, half the wrestling team was off season football players. Keeps them in great condition, and one of the things seldom mentioned, is it get kids accustomed to working through extreme lactic acid build up and extreme anaerobic efforts. Wrasslin is hard bro, football players always complained how they wish it was football season again.
