Great soundtrack for the families of young recruits still in school. Very inspiring and reflective of the values sought after by the coaching staff and administration. Instills pride in all UM grads . . .

Every high school player's tape has rap music like this.

Just because you can’t relate to these young men or these communities and the artform they gravitate to doesn’t mean they lack values.

Never said any of these young men or their communities lack values . . . didn't criticize their "artform." Try reading more closely . . .

Rap music on a football highlight tape! Someone alrert the authorities at once! Relax Tad Foote the music on a fan made highlight type reflects little on “UM grads”

It's not that I dislike the music . . . it's not that it's "fan made." It's that if I repeated the lyrics by typing them in this post, you would likely ban me or at least issue a warning. Tell me you're not a hypocrite . . .

It’s the music the kids enjoy and listen to, so of course when they put together a hype video it will have music that reflects such love of music. I told myself eons ago that I wouldn’t turn into an old fart when it came to music, *****ing that it’s too loud or isn’t any good compared to the “old days”. While I do not enjoy all rap music, there is much I do like, along with alternative, rock, pop, country, classical, EDM, and electronic styles. I try and keep an open mind about things, in particular music. Just a thought.

I appreciate your eclectic taste in music and am myself a fan of different genres. That being said I just can't get into country music and believe me I have tried.

All the songs on there sucked. Great highlight tape of last year but lacked the Hype aspect. CanesFreak will forever be the greatest Hype video maker.

First off let me just say how much I appreciate you being my huckleberry. 2nd of all, I could not agree with you more. As a high school administrator I am around the "community" and the "artform" they entertain themselves with every day all day. The majority of them do not lack values and are indeed decent human beings I am proud of. However, the music they listen to is well short of any respectable "artform" and is pure vulgar trash glorifying drugs, guns, murder, whores, and straight up indecency. Just call it what it is... Garbage. Remove the lyrics though and you're left with a pretty sick beat. Too bad it's uncool to listen to plain old sick beats.
Having said all that, if garbage music lures in recruits I say blast it loud and hype away.

Yeah, like some rap there is some country I like, and enjoy. I just try and keep an open mind and an open ear to different music styles and genres. There are a ton of sub generational music styles I didn’t list that I listen to as well but didn’t wish to prolong my comment or sound “worldly” lulz. But I hear you about country...it’s an acquired taste mate.
