2018 Schedule Released

At BC on Friday is almost certainly a loss. Terrible schedule

You're such a troll. You don't even try to hide it.

U do realize we got embarrassed at Pitt this season right? On that basis, my post is completely rational.

I'm with you. Until we prove we can win a game in the cold, I'm not counting this as a "W."

I don't think we're gonna lose, but I don't think we're gonna win either.

VT plays F$U on September 3rd. That will be an interesting game to watch. Their other crossover game is BC, so we share an identical conference schedule with them.

GT plays a crossover game vs. Clemson again, which is nice.

UNC's crossovers are NC State and Cuse.

ACC needs to get rid of this crossover game bull****.

Or at least, crossover games shouldn't count.

Haha. Don't know about not counting any conference games there, cowboy. I would absolutely favor dropping the divisions within the conference though.

What I'm saying is why should a crossover game matter as to whether you win the Coastal?

Winning the Coastal should depend on beating the other teams in the Coastal, and that's it.

Otherwise, teams in the same conference have different strengths of schedule, and that's inherently unfair.

Your post is rational ONLY on that basis. Clemson lost to Syracuse this season as well. Sometimes bad teams beat good teams. I'd be interested to see exactly how often heavy favorites lose those weird on-the-road, Thursday/Friday games. I'm willing to bet it's a lot less often than "almost certainly".

We won games at NCSU and virginia last year which were no warmer than the Pitt or clemson games this year. It’s like you sit around thinking of the dumbest narrative possible without any facts to back it up, and then come on here and post about it non stop.

This game is in October, when the average night time low in Boston is 50. Let's not pretend this is the Ice Bowl.

50 is cold for South Florida kids.

Home schedule outside of FSU is laughably bad (and only 6 home games vs. 7 last year). I wish we could flip the Savannah State and LSU game dates, but definitely a very favorable schedule. Happy that we get a Thursday night home game this year (and it's against UNC so we get to avoid a potential noon kick). I'm disappointed that we don't get our bye week before the GT game though.

Meat ignores all facts. He just comes up with idiotic, empirically wrong narratives to trash south florida kids. He is a complete moron and you can tell by his writing style that he’s not eve moderately intelligent.

Cannot afford any letdowns. That schedule on paper is weak and the OOC games will not impress the committee

It was 63/48 in Boston on Oct. 26, 2017. The average High and low in October is 61/47 and November is 52/38. It's not going to be cold for the BC game.

@ GT @ VT in November seems to be the hardest "stretch" of schedule. Pretty soft.

9 games where we'll be unquestioned favorites, a showcase opener, a rivalry game, and a tough late road game. Should be the spread favorite in every game. Anything less than 10+ wins and Coastal champions will be a major disappointment.

I see a favorable schedule. And I see 10 wins. Who knows, maybe more if our QB is playing well whoever that is.
