They don't actually recruit guys. They talk to them about how to become successful. Mentor type stuff.

Taron potential is through the roof. It what REALLY SELERATES HIM FROM EVERYONE FOR ME IS HIS GET OFF IS INSANE! His first two steps are all world. I don't get why people put so much stock into line drills at camps. They aren't really such a good measuring stick for either lineman. I could give u plenty of examples but I'm sure hall can guess some too
 
Brooklyndee just said his parents were touring the campus solo last week. That's significant if true. This one ain't over yet. Get him on campus and anything can happen.

11 months from signing day, I wouldn't rule him out just yet. Herbert was all Mich and UF but signed with us. We'll see if Art and Brian can keep working on him.
 
I get the feeling this guy commits to one of the 2 schools but after time we creep back into it, win the parents over, and have a good season showing that anything those schools were selling you on can be done here, in a much nicer place, with your friends and family in full support.

We are 11 months away from NSD. ALOT can happen between now and then. (good or bad) Too early to start saying we are out of it for guys. That said, its clearly an uphill battle. We show that our Dline play wasnt a fluke last year and that Kool is gonna get chu right if you come here and play DT/DE, we will get guys like Taron and buddy from Edisons attention. Right now, all they see is FSU having success at churning out Dlineman year in and out.

We need guys like Norton, McIntosh, CThomas, DJackson and JJackson to really take that next step in development next year and become animals. The fate of our DT/DE recruiting depends on it.
 
Some people are daft. Kid has never considered Miami. Now that he will commit to FSU or tOSU in a few months people think we can flip him. Why do you do that to yourselves?

Just like Xavier Thomas (who is 100% going back to South Carolina for college) he isn't coming.
