Billy Joseph has confirmed to me he is transferring to Miami Northwestern.

Did he cite a reason?

Any idea how this impacts if he plays DE or LB more?

Impact on his recruitment? I wouldn't think so

If anything it's even better. He's close with Thomas Burns and Joseph is more of a hybrid.
