Great frame for a WR and has a large catch radius. Long strider who has build-up speed. He looked free and easy running the ball and guys were surprised he was by them. His hips are a little tight and he still gathers himself to change directions or come back to the ball. He'll need a good WR's coach who can teach him the nuances of the position. He tracks the ball very well and has large, strong hands. He rounds everything and doesn't really have elite burst.

He'll be a deep threat who can high point the ball, will be a threat on fades and will make tough catches. I like the fact that he doesn't stop his feet when contacted, which is something WR's this young tend to do.

I think this kid's film looked like of a very high three-star or an average four-star prospect. Good player, good potential, I'm happy with this pickup.

this kid looks like jontavious carter 2.0 to me but if there's anything this staff has shown it's an ability to target kids (kayaa, rudolph, collins etc) that are initially underrated by recruiting sites

You can look at his Jr film and see he's fast, he's not running close to a 4.8. The 4.56 matches with what film was showing.

I'll take a well grounded, hard working, intelligent version of Ermon Lane in a WR 8 days a week. That's of course assuming some of those comments people made about Spence earlier in the thread are correct.
