2015 Class: 22 commits so far...

Yep - what I'm not seeing is the classic burners. You can always use burners - returns, short passing game, slot DBs, special teams, etc. Javarius Davis, cooper, ET al and they're barely getting a sniff from us

Davis is a great ATH. Can't believe we didn't get him a committable

A competent staff would've coveted him. He has more offers than any other ATH in the 2015 class. But Pete even mentioned in The Work that the staff wanted to see just how small he was on his OV, put their size bias on full display, and officially dismissed him as an option. Good enough for Gus Malzahn at Auburn, but not for Al Golden at 6-7, ACC Coastal basement-dwelling Miami.

I'm convinced that the reason Rashad Fenton still doesn't have an offer is because he's listed at one inch shy of 6'0". Golden's only interested in big-bodied boundary corners. He also doesn't believe in using slot corners to cover slot receivers. That's why we saw Jamal Carter covering Tyler Boyd in the Pitt game and Darrion Owens dropping 25+ yards into coverage against Pharoh Cooper in the bowl loss.

I've seen fenton in person, he's about 5'11 or 6 but he is small width wise and looked skinnier than others. Idk if he's added weight but I bet that's another reason they are reluctant

The size bias is maddening, especially in today's spread game.

The fact that we don't really have any electric KRs or PRs is ridiculous considering it's not something tough to find in SFla.

Where Golden might luck out is with Jaquan when it comes to what 01 was saying.

Jaquan fits the safety/nickel role to a tee. If they don't find a way to get him on the field as much as possible I would be shocked. He will help out a lot if they are willing.

Looks like I didn't miss anything the past 2 days, other than Marcus Lewis completely playing our coaching staff like a cheap accordion.

The day after signing day we're at 21 commits and 14 de-commits. A 3:2 ratio.
If Terrell Chatman bounces that's 20 and 15. A 4:3 ratio.

I'll leave this thread open in case we add some random decimal point star kid from central Pennsylvania.

Please quickly start a 2016 before anyone has a chance to decommit.

That class will fall apart from now until November, and I want the proof in a thread so we can easily bump it for the "Swag16 Bro CanesFam!" Crowd
