This class finishes 25-30 in the 247 composite ranking. Although, if you look at the 247 composite average ranking of recruit in class we will probably be lower than than 25-30

Class would have to fall apart IMO which could very well happen.

not even fall apart. We just won't hit on our targets and current commits are going to keep their options. Others schools are going to start reeling in the top uncommitted kids while we stay stagnant. Maybe I was being too pessimistic but I see a ranking around 22-30
Right now on the average recruit ranking for the 247 composite we are 23rd which shows our 11th class ranking is inflated due to size

Going back to 2002, Miami has finished outside the top 25 in average ranking 1 time, 26th in 2010.
It would have to fall apart to be that low.
You are also forgetting the debacle that was the 2011 class that finished in the 30s.This class finishes 25-30 in the 247 composite ranking. Although, if you look at the 247 composite average ranking of recruit in class we will probably be lower than than 25-30

Tito just pointed out to me on Twitter that this kid signed an financial aid agreement so it's not like we cooled on him. We were contractually bound to take him as a commitment at that point. He done flipped on us to Wake.Bowman archibald decommitted and flipped to wake forest. My prediction is coming

miami called him a top TE in the country when he committed. If we cooled on him that would make no sense. And I agree the reason they make them sign those agreements is for the unlimited contact

Is this a Reilly Gibbons-esque situation where he followed the best academic offer?
