Still here:

kicked off team/transferred:

Crow

Considering how disastrous this class was, it's amazing that the current roster is still good enough to compete in 2016.

Richt deserves a lot of credit for managing the rooster and trimming the fat.

When its all said and done 2015 will be the worst class in History of Cane football.

So you dont like norton and jaquan?

I love both.

Who dont you like in the class?

I thought the 2014 and 2015 classes were much better than the previous several. And really, as bad as Golden was, he had everyone in the media saying our penalties were going to be severe. If you think that didn't play a role in losing several recruits, I think you're wrong. Golden's problem was that it wouldn't have mattered if he landed the #1 class every year. He'd have coached them down and not let them play to their abilities. Just like Randy's #1 class in 2008. It just isn't enough to get the talent, you have to use it right to win. Shannon and Golden were both very, very bad at this.

But 2012 recruiting class... Wasn't that the first class after the crap storm hit in 2011? Yeah, Golden used that cloud excuse early and often, but it did hurt recruiting. It just wouldn't have mattered either way. Golden wasn't going to win here.

Come on, don't list David Thompson as kicked off/transferred.

He was a star on the baseball team and a high draft pick. Taking him was definitely a plus for Miami athletics

Coker and Shannon had some horrific classes. 2010 was pretty awful.

2015 was also not great but good enough at the top with Walton, Johnson, Redwine, Norton, McIntosh, St. Louis, Cager that it might not be the worst ever.

Gerald Willis.

So Thompson qualifies as a successful football recruit because he excelled at baseball but never played a down of football?

Considering he was on a baseball scholarship the minute he stopped playing football, at worst its just like he was never there. That's a lot different than a kid like Crow taking up a football scholarship for 4 years
