Are the 2024 'Canes similar to the 2000 Canes?

Yes..
The 2000 Canes had Ed Reed, Dan Morgan, Reggie Wayne, Santana Moss, Ken Dorsey etc etc....a couple HOFers

In the 2000 pre season, we all knew the team had talent, but we werent sure just how much talent that 2000 squad had.

The 2024 team has an influx of transfer portal talent and homegrown talent that tells us we are talented, but we just dont how talented they are. We cant say this squad has any future HOFers, but hopefully this squad beats UFake and not suffer the 2000 loss to Washington.....Washington was a much better team than the 2024 UFakes.

Fair pre season comparison???
