1. He needs to fire the entire offensive staff and replace them with top-notch assistance.

2. He needs to hire a competent defensive coordinator. I have no problem with him retaining Banda and Patke as position coaches. However, the perception of our program with Co-Defensive Coordinators with a COMBINED FOUR years of Collegiate coaching experience is embarrassing.

If he does those things, there is hope. It could get good. If he retains the current staff, we will be looking for a new coach in two to three years

there are programs all over the country with very good assistant coaches who did not have successful seasons, win conference
championships, or make the playoffs. takes a lot more than just a good staff.

Miami needs a serious rebuild and a HC with national championship caliber skills. if thats not what you want, you are
settling for more mediocre results and thats what you will get. get ready to be happy with more 7-6 seasons and
Wisconsin-style *** kickings.
 
I agree with op. But what everyone wants never happens. Let’s just hope he brings the air raid on down
