1) No mentioned on this board prior to a week ago ...... if that
2) Not a former UM player.... Love our alumni players however Coach understands you hire guys from the other sideline that make your life tough ...... NOT the names from our past

D will be 100% better ..... really scared about our OL

I'm all for Kul but Randy Shannon hired Chris Nix based on your theory. It's not about whose sideline. It's about who can coach.
 
Something nobody has talked about is that if he can fix our DL it will make our OL better automatically by having to go up against good talent daily. That couldn't be said at any point in the Golden era
 
theres a million reasons to like coach KOOL.


but i'll focus on 2 different reasons


-Mizzou last year was 2nd in TFL, Miami was 106th

-10 SEC All conference lineman since 2010 (2 per year in the SEC is outrageous)

This. Steel Sharpens Steel, so a kick-*** DL will bring the most out of our OL, especially the non-JAG's who have definite untapped potential. If the new OL coach is actually worth his weight in salt as well, then look the fhuck out because we may shake up the ACC and maybe the CFB playoffs as early as next year.
