2 kickers commit!

I hope one wins the job. Not interested in rotating kickers based on the yardage. Love snagging both tho. May the best man win

I don’t think they will be rotating. The FSU kicker has a strong leg 56 of 61 kickoffs went for a touchbacks (3 were onside kicks). He also was 12 of 19 on FGs. He probably will just handle kickoffs.

I’d prefer to have one person handling both so we could use the extra spot on someone else but kickers are making bank now, that ole Miss kicker supposedly got mid six figures after LSU tried to poach him. OSU just paid Baylor’s kicker.

We have 105 spots now and the NW kid is a junior (1 year left) while the FSU is a freshman (4 to play 3)

I like the strategy taking two kickers, one with multiple years left. Gives options for development of accuracy without pinning hopes and pressure on him next year.
