Aren't people complaining about Rosier's completion percentage? Perry is not even at 50% and has 1 TD to 4 PICKS. And in non-contact scrimmages. This is the guy people are drooling over?

Dude is infatuated with getting no more than 6 completions in a scrimmage. He is 24 of 56 (43%) with 1 TD and 4 PICKS. He has completed 50% one time and it was exactly that.

Rosier retains the job this year and Williams is next up.

Well Rosier is 23 years old and a fifth year kid with the same accuracy numbers as a Fr and a true fr. While having thousands of more snaps than those guys.

Yet he doesn’t look much better. That’s more pathetic Imo.

I’d much rather hand it to Jw or Kosi, than what I already know. Let them take their lumps but they’ll at least improve.

He is also was a 2 star kid that NOBODY expected to ever play a single snap here. The latter is a 4 star guy that everyone annointed the greatest thing since sliced bread and dude is way more innacurate than Rosier and a turnover machine.

There’s a ton more practices, months and months of practices, at least 5 more scrimmages, and if you hate Rosier that bad, 3 other fresh young arms to chose from.

Side Note: Funny how people will throw Perry under the bus after this scrimmage bc of his stats. I guess no one listened to Richt say how Perry didnt get many opportunities due to the OL and got sacked the most? Let's all jump on Perry's stats without any insight but leave Lingard alone with zero yards. Though if you listened to the full Richt interview Lingard apparently had no room. All the other receivers other than Harley and Thomas only had one catch? They all must suck and not be able to get open right? There's more to the game than just stats. Are they important? Yes. But a lot of you need to realize this **** isnt simple as you like to make it. They might have given Williams easier situations then Perry. You never ******* know. Which is why it's difficult to establish an opinion based on a scrimmage none of us were able to watch. Let's see what happens next week.

Agreed. Also, great post!

However, I do think it is fair to analyze Rosier with heavier scrutiny, considering that not only is he the returning starter, he is also the only QB on our roster with any game experience. Not only that, this is his third season facing Diaz's defense. Today, he completed 47% of his passes, against his most familiar opponent. Not. Good.
