Richt on Jarren Williams per 247:

“I'll say this about Jarren, sometimes he doesn't know what he doesn't know. Sometimes he's just back there and feeling things, but when he does throw it at something, he usually hits it, which is pretty good and I'll say he's learning at a very rapid pace and him being in here in the spring is very good for him and good for us."

We have a long way to go till week 1, but if things continue in the current trajectory.. Williams will be the starter.

Perry and Cade need to step up or they are most likely gone

I haven't met Donaldson in person, but Wilfork was the widest person I have ever met. Dude was literally two of me standing shoulder to shoulder.

I was at a Miami Nike camp the year before Wilfork enrolled, so it was the spring of his senior year. When he walked up, there was a buzz in the crowd. He simply didn't look human.

I can honestly see Perry transferring now. If Williams is already outperforming him (I know, it's 1 scrimmage), then imagine what happens when he surpasses Perry who had a full year over him.

Best thing for him to do is stay like Malik did and work on his game. Transferring accomplishes nothing if you cant beat out a TF and a mediocre 5th year starter.

JARREn took two sets of reps with second team.

Malik had 4 reps with first team. Perry had three reps with first team. Both of them also took reps with 2nd team.

Theyre very different people. Both massive. Vernon carey was in that same build. Id say vince because he was that big & that wide but solid as a rock. He looked fat to most(bad bodied) but reality is he was a mountain of muscle. Navaughn is still real sloppy with his. Thats not a knock against him. Once he starts taking that weight room serious... good lawd. By the way. I slept through my alarm yall. I apologize. Long night.
