When I pee, I aim for the side of the bowl, instead of the water. Why? Two reasons;
1 Its quieter
2 Its less likely to splash pee on my legy
Yes, however, before dropping a deuce, do you form a "safety net" out of toilet paper to catch the **** and prevent it from falling unimpeded into the water and, in turn, splashing on your cheeks?

That is the question..

Yes! Most definately, spoken like a veteran.

And **** no to courtesy flushes, don't want any brown water splashes on the checks.

I don't do courtesy flushes. However, I do like to get the momentum going a little with a well timed flush as the **** is falling to lessen the chances of it clogging (this technique is usually reserved for the more substantial specimens). It takes some practice but, if done right, it might even eliminate the need for the "saftey net" in the first place.

It's actually the water that splashes up. I have that ingrained in my head from my water treatment tests. You'd think the opposite but you always pour acid into water.
Lol, just an interesting nugget

Does this move work with, shall we say, a more lose style stool? Like after eating taco bell? I just want to make sure I do nothing wrong, since this is advanced level toilet usage.

I don't see why it wouldn't. At the very least it should reduce the stink a little. It's also probably a good idea to follow up the momentum flush with the saftey net technique right afterwards to put a buffer between you and the particles sure to be left over from the previous flush.

That's good to hear! And the safety net is a great tip. Tbh, on the next go, I'm going to be a little nervous, there is a lot to think about and I'll be outside my routine.

What's your thoughts on wet vs dry wiping?

In one of my bathrooms I have a sink next to the toilet, so after first going dry, and makong sure it's all ckean, I'll lightly wet the paper to make sure I'm as clean as possible. Am I crossing into a female area?

I don't need to give you any advice it seems. You do it exactly as I do. I'm beginning to think I may have a long lost brother...
