19 PPG

Does anyone have the stomach to look back at how many games we would have won giving up 19 PPG over the last 5 years? I certainly can't bear the pain of it, but might be interesting.

16 games (one of which is a toss up in 2011 when we scored 19 and fsu scored 23). thats 3 games a year.

The 16 were fairly evenly distributed. There would not have been a year with less than 2 losses.

With a defense gutted by dismissals before the season, injuries during, etc. I applaud the job that has been done. It's only going to get better.

Like a poster said above...it really does make watching the games way more enjoyable. Watching our D stonewall UNC and their little cutesy Auburn style quick huddle snap at the goal line was one of my favorite moments of the season.

This should be better next year as well. Hopefully no off season major injuries and stupid suspensions.

Obviously 19 PPG doesn't mean 19 PTS every game so there's no telling what the actual records would have been, but ****. I guess the bright side is that al would still be here if he'd won 2-3 more per year, and that guy was never going to make it to the top, even with a better defense.
