Really hard for guys with pride to finally admit that their way of doing things isn't working. It worked at UVA and got him a HC job. Worked at Temple and got him the Miami job. I'm hopeful he hires a guy who knows how to put together an attacking defense that uses speed over power. You should have schemes that fit for the area you recruit in.
