We played so much better in this game, only to ensure we play awful at the wrong moments. This is now the culture here at Miami, play well enough just to lose in the end. It actually hurts to say that, but nothing has been shown differently.

OK; quick hitters on my thoughts of the game AND the program.

1. Jarren Williams showed why he’s the starting QB. I saw a guy that started to exhibit confidence and make the right throws. Kudos to him on a bounce back game.

2. Enos shows he’s not the “homerun” hire Manny made him out to be. Team still has red zone scoring issues, along with mistimed play calls, and refuses to call audibles in the midst of blitzes.

3. OL played much, much better, but still a work in progress. Glad they had some chip help, but really happy to see them open some running lanes up.

4. Osborn is a man’s man. Love that he’s apart of The U

5. Somebody’s lying. There’s no way these kids are running at 20 mph. We look very slow, including JT4 who could not shake his counter # guarding him. UNC looked liked the team running 20 mph, while we look like an avg athletic team.

6. Still waiting on Shaq to take over a game. He’s not lived up to his billing at all. I saw him constantly out of position, and whiffed on a pass break up opportunity. I really like Shaq, but my man, U’re a Sr.; where’s the leadership?

7. We gotta stop hyping up Green Tree; like fa real. Who we hype up in practice do not show up on the field.

8. DJ & Cam....man I feel sorry for those boys. Played very, VERY well.

9. Baxa & Patke should find the next Greyhound out of Miami...fa real, fa real. Matter of fact, I just got paid; I’ll buy them a one way plane ticket to wherever they want to go.

10. Even though we saw an improvement on offense (somewhat), this team is still soft af, and not disciplined. Missed tackle after missed tackle, not getting sustainable penetration from the front 4, constantly out of position, dumb penalties, etc

11. Giving up 4th & 17 to a TRUE FRESHMAN QB maybe the lowest fan moment I’ve had. That was completely inexcusable on so many levels.

12. Manny is in over his head. To steal from my good friends @OriginalGatorHater & @Dwinstitles, he’s proven himself to be The Cuban Al Golden. I fa sho did not like the hire, but his tweet game and antics won me over, and foolish of me. The slogans should’ve been the first red flag. Teams who win don’t need catch phrases; they just do it.

Once upon a time, we were the “anytime, anyplace, anywhere” team. That wasn’t that long ago. We have become a 3rd tier team, where basketball schools feel comfortable taking our lunch money.

Vegas had us pegged correctly; if this is how we look coming off a bye week; lord have mercy for the rest of the season.

P.S.-Continuing w this failed Richt regime, we are now 4-11 against P5 teams since the end of 2017, and since Richt got here in 2016, we’ve gone a paltry 19-15 against P5 teams. Smh.

The only time shaq made a play for miami was in my NCAA 2014 dynasty

Going to have to agree here.

Still waiting for the season to finish out as the schedule is still promising and Jarren alone looks like he will get better as the year goes on.

I want to see more killer instinct from him.

Every coach not named ENOS hasn’t earned the right to coach here period.

It does, bro. I said I’m anxious to see how this team responds to an L after the bye week. How we play after that bye will tell me everything.

Now we’ll beat up on these DII and G5 teams and the sunshine plumpettes will get all hype again, but nah...this is who we r. Manny should’ve never been hired, period. Never hire a coach from a failed regime.

I had a long long *** response, but I feel like it can be summed more appropriately by a few words.

Hoodie up, mane.

I've been unimpressed with JT4 so far. Looks like he's doing only enough to get drafted. Should've left his *** in Illinois.

Offense looked better; anything above 0 is better.

We need special teams fixed NOW.

We've got a QB.

While I understand where you’re coming from, Florida State hired Jimbo, and Clemson hired Swinney. 👀

Yurrrpp. Same scenario washed for the 4th time now. We were NEVER winning that game tonight once it kicked off. Can point to countless situations where it “turned” but all I saw was lack of preparation, immaturity, and coaching limitations/ inexperience.
