At what time is this at?

We will have to decide if the protest will be right before the basketball game (which is at 2 PM), or after. We'll also need to hammer out where. I think the best spot would be in front of the BUC, but other possible locations are across from the main entrance to the university, and across from the Hecht/Schwartz center.
