Will you attend the BOT/Admin/Fire Golden Protest on 12/6?

So you want to Protest at the game where the recruits who will be visiting this weekend will be attending??? Like what type of example will that set for those kids who could potentially attend UM??? I dnt care how much people want him gone, recruits will see that and will turn away immediately... with the basketball team winning that's not the proper time or place. ..any shot we have with recruits will be officially gone....

True but what's the point of a protest that no one sees or hears about. As much as I would hate to lose recruits I would honestly rather have them go to a school where their talents will be used and developed properly than come play for Golden and crew. Getting Golden out is more important than saving what few recruits would come here if Golden stays.

I figured the 6-6 record, 3 straight losses, and back-to-back losses to horrible teams would have been what turned them away.

Possibly, but these kids nowadays care about playing time... they do want to win, im not saying they don't, but these kids trying to get to the NFL....

But we all knw that Golden is goin to be here next year regardless of Bowl outcome..... so why keep trying?? Then people will complain how we let so and so get away etc.... i understand the frustration But we got to be realistic... Golden got one more year to atleast get to the ACCCG... if not, he is gone..that buyout gets smaller after next year
 
Based on previous threads, media reports, etc. the BOT and the admin is not only frustrated with Al Golden but with his overall stubbornness. They need to know and feel the alum/student/fan outrage. This is one step towards that. We absolutely should not delay the inevitable. This year's team was Golden's most talented, and he **** the bed with it. Hopefully they wake up.
 
Don't forget the ready-made signs to hand out. I'll bet QAM will do up placards to hand out (heh heh).

Suggested chants? **** No, D'Nofrio! Who do we want? Butch! When do we want him? Now! Etc. etc.

But we all knw that Golden is goin to be here next year regardless of Bowl outcome..... so why keep trying?? Then people will complain how we let so and so get away etc.... i understand the frustration But we got to be realistic... Golden got one more year to atleast get to the ACCCG... if not, he is gone..that buyout gets smaller after next year

We don't know if he is going to be here no matter what. We can't really truly confirm anything. It could be what finally breaks the camel's back. Or it might not make a difference. Even if it doesn't make a difference now maybe it will in the future if the BOT realizes that the longer they wait on improving things the bigger the headache they will have

Sure thing bub. A fan base vocally opposed and unwilling to accept a 6-6 record is going to turn away a possible recruit but a coach that actually GAVE US the 6-6 record won't?

Its really unreal that we have people that still support this guy. He is sinking Miami lower and lower in front of our eyes and we have people saying, "one more year!"

1 more year hurts the 2015 and 2016 recruiting classes. 1 more years sets us back 2-3 because of that.
 
Who do they play this weekend(not a bball kinda guy) hopefully its national game so i can watch it up here in Ft. Bragg. Tears of joy would rain down my facet o hear you fellas shout and show signs

We play Green Bay tomorrow at 2 PM. It is on ESPN3.
 
My uncle lives down in the gables. I told him about it and he confirmed he would be there. I live 12 hours away so I cant. Hope this helps

I think a sign showing two pics, one of Randy one of Al, with their records and then a statement "what's the difference? It's black and white" would be extremely effective.

Not supporting him bro, its just what it is.... Blake James has repeatedly said it....he will be back... but i do think if we had a President in place already things would probably be different cause James would be under so much pressure to make a move.... Shalala aint goin to do nothing, she sitting back waiting for her retirement money to kick in
