not firing golden will only make the rebuilding job even tougher for the replacement. this wont end well.

people need to understand that if Golden leaves in the next month the 2015 will most likely be a dumpster fire

majority of recruits will leave

Dude nobody on this freakin board understands that. Furthermore, I wouldn't Ag to leave unless Blake has a solid plan B in place for immediate hire

Most people understand it's the difference between 2015 potentially being a dumpster fire and both 2015 & 2016 almost definitely being a dumpster fire. The new coach recruiting bump would come into effect immediately for 2016 if Golden leaves now, and that's a far more important class to salvage.

And this class, if Scarlett and Williams flip, ends up being a dumpster fire anyway. They may leave regardless of what happens with Golden. I'd gladly sacrifice one class that's very average to begin with in order to bring in a real coach, have legitimate optimism surround the program, and have a chance at landing a monster 2016 class.

Some fans can get all hyped about the early 2016 commits, but most of them won't be committed at this time next year with another season of Al Golden sinking us further into mediocrity. We already lost one stud (Snelson) from that class, and he certainly won't be the last unless sweeping change is made.

Smh gray should have redshirted. Coley can bounce back he just needs to add on more weight and get a little more physical. In my eyes Phillips would be a idiot to go to FSU there so deep at wr. As for dex, Walton and Scarlett are way better then him if they played the same competition Dexter played there high school Highlight tapes would look like noel devine's .

Like most of recruiting --- all this, especially 2016 guessing and dramatics, is pure speculation on both sides of the discussion.

You know what helps 2015 if Golden leaves, is if he is replaced as soon as possible with little to no delay. All delays put the class at increased risk.

You sir are miserable. Give the misery a rest. You have to be exhausted.

Not miserable at all. I just believe those who pointed and laughed at Florida's recruiting struggles from the day the current cycle officially began through the day Muschamp was fired have their heads in the sand if they don't think the same exact thing will happen to us if our lame duck coach is retained.

And it goes without saying that the on-field product will continue to be unacceptable as long as Golden is still here. That's all.

Phillips is playing Miami to get Anthony Jones a scholarship. He has no intention on coming to Miami,

That's what I have been hearing also.

I would be doing the same thing for my teammates, but ****, can't Miami guys play other schools. Should be some kind of respect for city's team.

Brad Kaaya has made Phillips his own personal priority. Last weekend when Phillips was on campus for his official, Kaaya got straight off his plane from the ACC awards ceremony and told Phillips he wanted to help him win the same offensive rookie of the year award next season.

This kid is special, man.
Sad that there is a good chance we waste him.

Exactly why we need to offer Julian Julius an lock down the West Orange duo. The big issue with Julius is his pass catching ability, because if you notice his highlights don't contain many clips of him catching balls. But he does field a few contested punts and kickoffs which speaks to his hand eye coordination, so he should be able to be coached up by a good WR coach along with red-shirting for a year.

Jalen Julius Sr year high lights

I am thinking there maybe a issue behind the scenes with Jalen Julius's academics that could be concerning to UM's staff. Julius transferred from Evans HS (where he had a reported 2.5 GPA) to West Orange HS. Thing is Evans has been academically poor performing schools for years and so some of Julius's classes may not clear UM's admissions. Were as at West Orange the academics are slightly better so he most likely would get the guidance he needs to get his transcripts were they need to be by the end of his SR year (but again this is speculation as to why UM is slow playing his offer).

Were as Dexter Williams cam from Olympia where the academics are much better than Evans or West Orange high schools, which is why he was able to get the guidance early that now allows him to be an January enrollee.

Here is an article from back in March where he talks about his academics

And thanks for the kayaa info, thats awesome to see
that's not awesome. It's worthless. Phillips, Lane, cook were all Gators.....Lane and Cook were even doing the chomp at the UA practice and then they Cook committed to fsu at the game. Everyone wants to feel optimistic and I get it, but not with this kid.
