UVA has Duke and Va TechLouisville still has @SMU and Clemson at home
Does it matter for us who wins UVA - Duke?Next week is going to be fun
Clemson @ UL
Notre Dame @ Pitt
UVA @ Duke
Ga Tech @ BC
NC State @ Miami
Week After That
UL @ SMU
Pitt @ Ga Tech
Miami @ Va Tech
Need smu to loseNeed UL to take one more loss. They have the tie breaker on us. They have SMU and Clemson left...likely to catch that 1 L.
Champ is in automaticallyYou joke, but there is a REAL possibility the ACC champ isn’t one of the 5 highest conference champions and zero teams go to the playoffs
We have a shot to get in second...need a little help, but it looks more possible after today. If Louisville loses Friday and beats SMU, we would be right back in the thick of second place if we can win out. I’m not even going to attempt to understand the tiebreakers.
What G6 Champs be ranked higher
Several ways.
1. Gives UL 2nd conference loss and it’s a BAD loss. At home to Cal. Not good. This loss will drop them (and UVA too) below Miami in the polls.
2. If the ACC has a two loss team, they should get 2 teams in the CFP: the ACC winner and the two loss team. And the loser of the ACCCG isn’t guaranteed to be the 2nd ACC team IF that teams has 3 losses after the game.
3. If Miami wins out AND looks good, voters will move them closer to ND and other 2 loss teams; and we have good wins (ND, USF, Pitt).
4. After tonight, Miami’s path is a little bit clearer with these two HUGE losses (UL and UVA)
Memphis lost today... UCF might sneak back
Ucf lost to Houston at home last night . 4-5Memphis lost today... UCF might sneak back in

UVA is in trouble due to their injured QB.We need UVa to be taken out...
USF.. I meantUcf lost to Houston at home last night . 4-5
Texas has UGA and TAMU left. OU plays Bama next week. GT still plays UGA. All three are ahead of us. So you could theoretically have us at 13 if we win out. If we can get to 13 or 12, then H2H vs ND finally comes into play. How each of us plays Pitt will be crucial. If they hammer Pitt and we win an ugly squeaker, it won’t look good.Several ways.
