You are better off, having Oklahoma lose to Alabama. They’re already further down more likely they fall behind you. They don’t have as many good wins as Alabama.
 
It’s really pretty simple in terms of if you’re still high enough to think that we’re gonna get in you basically want any team above you to lose and if two of them are playing who’s ever closest to you in the rankings to lose because they have a better shot of falling behind you than the other one does

This, exactly. Let Texas A&M and Alabama and Oregon have their spots. Get Missouri, Okahoma, and Iowa out of the way.
 
Best case ACC champ scenario is SMU vs Duke. That means GT loses again, Ville loses two more, and UVA loses two and that we beat Pitt. That would mean only the winner goes bc they’ve both lost 3 or more games. So we’d be the #2 resume behind the auto bid in the ACC.

Would be pretty hilarious given who coaches those teams, but it’s the reality this program faces.
