10th coaching assistant

Personally I'd like to see us hire one of three positions. A special teams coach (move Hartley to TE fulltime), a full time LBs coach (Diaz currently coaches them), or an offensive game planner position (not sure what title they would give this guy as all offensive titles seem to be taken).

I'd much rather a guy known as a real coach more than a recruiter. I think we have a good recruiting staff in place already.

I want someone who is an elite talent evaluator (especially of 3 star prospects) and recruiter. Name of the game.

My gut tells me it Mark Helfrich though.

Would be nice for a not more experience. We've got a very young staff.

IMO, OL is so critical to our success I'd hire another OL coach. Sounds wacky but....

They significantly increased his salary. Tough decision but he had to do what was best for his family.
