1. Richt did absolutely nothing with Rosier? Riiiiiiight. That 10-2 record and acc coastal win with a backup qb who had no P5 offers was just Rosier doing it with his own natural abilities.
I don't think people are saying he did "NOTHING" (at least non-potatoes) with Rosier. I think people are concerned with the offense OVERALL.
Let's use actual data instead of saying the record is 10-2...
2016 (averages): Defense
Points Allowed: 21.75 (This includes the 7 points on the STs TD against Pitt, the 100 Yard Return) [Actual Points Allowed is 20.875]

Turnovers: 1.5
Sacks: 2.5
Tackles for Loss: 6.75
2016 (averages): Offense

Yards Gained: 394.13
Turnovers: .63
Sacks: 2
Tackles for Loss: 5.5
2017 (averages): Defense

Yards Allowed: 368.25
Turnovers: 2.75
Sacks: 3.75
Tackles for Loss: 8.75
2017 (averages): Offense
Points Scored: 27.125 (This includes the 7 points the D scored against UVA, Johnson Pick 6) [Actual Points Scored is 26.25]

Turnovers: 1.25
Sacks: 2.375
Tackles for Loss: 5.375
So what you have is an offense that regressed and a defense that improved. The reason why we're 10-2 is because our defense carried us and played great; it isn't hard to win if your defense is holding opponents to less than 19 PPG in conference.
That isn't a small sample size either. That is 2 FULL seasons of ACC play.
We need help on offense, this includes coaching. Remember, UGA scored more points and gained more yards when Richt gave up being the OC.
