1. Fire Jon Richt, did absolutely nothing with Malik Rosier

2. Hire a full time Special Teams Coach. We sucked in that department

3. Hire an OC

Good luck getting CMR to fire his son AND himself (as OC) in one offseason.

1. Richt did absolutely nothing with Rosier? Riiiiiiight. That 10-2 record and acc coastal win with a backup qb who had no P5 offers was just Rosier doing it with his own natural abilities.

2. Agree. Special teams were awful this year

3. Go back and watch the Pitt game and count how many open receivers Rosier missed during the game. OC isn't the problem

None of these will happen which sucks.
Mark Richt isn’t firing his son or giving up play calling.
I wish we could go get Ken Dorsey as our OC/QB coach but won’t happen.

10th coach needs to be Ed Reed as safeties coach and move Banda to special teams coach
Get another Miami guy on this staff

Reed as a safeties coach would be amazing, not a coincidence he was there all week for ND and that was our best game in a decade. then take jon Richt off the coaching staff and make him a quality control type of guy or move him to special teams if not Banda to special teams would be fine and helfrich or briles as OC

Rosier got worse instead of getting better

Jon richt is not the problem. Rosier is....
Richt jr has shown he can go get and lock up a top qb in back to back classes
2016 kaaya was 62% 3500 yards 28 tds 7 ints
2017 Rosier was 54% 2800 yards 25 tds 11 ints 420 yards rushing 5 tds

I don't think people are saying he did "NOTHING" (at least non-potatoes) with Rosier. I think people are concerned with the offense OVERALL.

Let's use actual data instead of saying the record is 10-2...

2016 (averages): Defense

Points Allowed: 21.75 (This includes the 7 points on the STs TD against Pitt, the 100 Yard Return) [Actual Points Allowed is 20.875]
Yards Allowed: 397.75
Turnovers: 1.5
Sacks: 2.5
Tackles for Loss: 6.75

2016 (averages): Offense

Points Scored: 29.38 (This includes the 14 points the D scored against GT, 2 Fumble TDs) [Actual Points Scored is 27.625]
Yards Gained: 394.13
Turnovers: .63
Sacks: 2
Tackles for Loss: 5.5

2017 (averages): Defense

Points Allowed: 18.75 (This includes the 7 points on the STs onside kick flop against GT) [Actual Points Allowed is 17.875]
Yards Allowed: 368.25
Turnovers: 2.75
Sacks: 3.75
Tackles for Loss: 8.75

2017 (averages): Offense

Points Scored: 27.125 (This includes the 7 points the D scored against UVA, Johnson Pick 6) [Actual Points Scored is 26.25]
Yards Gained: 392.625
Turnovers: 1.25
Sacks: 2.375
Tackles for Loss: 5.375

So what you have is an offense that regressed and a defense that improved. The reason why we're 10-2 is because our defense carried us and played great; it isn't hard to win if your defense is holding opponents to less than 19 PPG in conference.

That isn't a small sample size either. That is 2 FULL seasons of ACC play.

We need help on offense, this includes coaching. Remember, UGA scored more points and gained more yards when Richt gave up being the OC.

So Rosier had more TDs and 200 total less yards in 12 games than Kaaya did in 13 games.

Remember Broke, Rosier has one more game (Kaaya played 13 in 2016).

Maybe the offense regressed because we were playing with a limited qb and missing our two best players (I'm counting AR82 as out, because he was hobbled this year).

How many plays has dorsey called?

You idiots don’t realize that hiring his son was likely one of Richts requirements in order for him to accept the job. His son ain’t leaving until he gets a better offer elsewhere. Until then, he’s our guy.

1. As for losing Walton, it sucks. Kid was a beast. Here is a post I had before Clemson...

Losing Walton sucks, no doubt. He is a beast. Last year Walton rushed for 1117 in 13 games. That is 86 YPG. This year we have Homer, he is averaging 78 YPG. I guess that 8 additional YPG is insurmountable. Except this year, you have a QB who can run and he more than made up for the difference. In fact, we should have more rushing yards than last year in total. Walton had 15 total TDs last year. Homer and Rosier combined for 13 (keep in mind we have 2 games left).

2. So losing AR82 for some time sucks. Kid is a beast.

A few things though (because I am sure you actually looked at the data):

- He missed ONE game in conference (remember, the stats above were in-conference stats).
- He had all his 3 TDs this season during in conference. He had 3 in total last year, only 1 was in conference.
- Last year he had 281 receiving yards in conference. This year he had 439 receiving yards in conference.
