Multiple people have noticed that a lot of our elite/whale recruits have been setting up their commitments in a staggered fashion over the next two weeks. Almost as if it was planned out. Well, it appears like this wasn't some random coincidence. We'll track these late July commitments here.

roughly 277 with 21 commits... good for 4th currently behind UGA (19 commits) with 281, Bama (20 commits) at 290 and Ohio State (23 commits) at 310.
