You can go to Wendy’s and eat right if you know what you’re doing. Nutrition is also about education not just about eating.
agree, if you can stay away from the items with the no bueno Double S of sugar and sodium then it doesn’t matter where you eat at including Wendy’s and any other fast food place. Because you can still get the right nutrition from those places as long as you know what to stay away from. Obviously it’s not an optimal diet but it’s doable if you have the education on it.

Not really but I guess it's all relative. Relative to hamburger and fries? Sure? But generally speaking for optimal health? Not really.

The veggies are heavily processed and lack nutrients and the "meat" is...well, if you think any meat from wendys is good for you...

When most of yall were ****ing your pants worried all offseason about the CB group, I can remember someone telling yall the reason why we didn't go after a transfer is because Al Jr, Ivey & the rest were going to shock you with how much they improved...

It wasn't speculation.

Nine true freshmen making a strong impression during fall camp

Christian Williams is the other defensive end that UM signed in 2019. He’s an underrated prospect that has an intriguing frame that will fill out in a college strength and conditioning program.

….seems like EVERYBODY is in an uproar trying to be the man

When you're given the outline for becoming the man - you can get task oriented real quick!

I remember we had this discussion. I agreed. I was ready to see those 3 play.

Are you confident in Bethel? I'll admit he hasn't looked ready in the limited clips I've seen of him.

The CB group is going to ball, they'll be locking sh*t down as the season progresses.

Bethel is still learning & coming along, once he puts it all together he'll be serviceable. His impact will mainly be on ST's this year. It's just going to take some time.

But the upside of Al Jr, Ivey, Christian Wiliams & Couch is going to be very good once they all gel & get complete fusion with each other in this scheme & the rest of the Defense.

Mike Rumph is just what we needed as a CB coach, dude is a real Cane through and through, if some kind of way we would have landed Tyson Campbell and Jobe, DB wouldn't even be a question.

do we know if bethel has gotten any looks at KR/PR? you'd think we might try someone with his speed back there, especially since JT4 is too important to be back there all the time now imo

I'm hoping to see Bethel used on ST as well. I'd like to see Noodles and Nigel for KR and Thomas get PR.

Totally agree in my opinion I'd put as much speed back there as possible for KR/PR. Nigel might not be ready to Start at CB yet but you can still use his skill set on special teams. A combination of Noodles, Bethel, and Thomas could put up a lot of points on ST
