Let me ask you this. What other positions are going to be depleted if we signed all of those guys? I'd like to have 2 of those guys for the extra talent, depth, and competition. To make it sound like we missed them all, when in reality there isn't room on the roster for them all, is a bit disingenuous.

I'd LOVE to have had a couple of those guys. Any two of them, doesn't really matter which ones. They are all solid, and we could use more talent there. We'd never have room for all of them, though. Neither would Alabama, USC, Auburn, FSU, or anyone else.
RB wise, this is a horrible percentage. You have to do better than this.

You land Walton and Yearby and miss

Alex Collins
Dalvin Cook
Sony Michel
Brandon Powell
Jordan Scarlett
Jordan Cornkrite
Dexter Williams

Is this a joke?

Collins, Cook, Michel, Scarlett - not landing 1 of these 4 is inexcusable. Runs on RB's like that are very rare. South Florida will always have good RB's, but those guys were special.

Hate to say it but Walton is the least talented Running backs of the 4..... He may have the best hands though...

You simply can not take every good RB out there without neglecting other positions of need. Like I said, I'd love to have a couple of them, but getting ALL of them is silly. We need talent and depth at other positions as well, you know? There's only one ball, and having 10+ RBs on the roster isn't good. Now, if you think it's a joke then you're obviously not good at math.

Hate to say it but if Walton doesnt re classify, i think we atleast hold onto Cronkrite..... he truly wantes to be a Cane and his family did also... but yall see what happened..smh

When did anyone say we expected all 9 of those running backs to be on our roster?

The point is 8 of those running backs come from Dade or Broward. All 9 are from the state of Florida. Only landing 2 is inexcusable. That is a horrible hit percentage considering Miami is the hometown team.

You need to bring in at least 4 kids from that list and you are on your way to having a depth chart at running back that looks like one from a championship team.

Jesus, TOM, get your shlt together.

We are the university of Miami and we could have quality depth issues at RB. Inecusable and cause for termination.

oh you mean like how we have 20 wrs and tes and only 5 cbs on our roster?

Not to mention the lost nine, all but one or two has more upside than anyone we currently have on our roster. I hope Yearby proves me wrong, but I just don't see anything that suggests he'll be any elite back.

ALL YOU GOLDEN HATERS ARE STUPID AS ****!!! BUNCH OF CRYBABY *****ES. GET YOUR **** TOGETHER. BUNCH OF BABIES.

Now reality has kicked in for a lot of people. A lot of fans thought it was a good idea Cronk left and said we did not need him and the ship has sailed. Called this one out early from the get go. I'll say the same thing I always repeat, in a class when you have a chance to stack elite talent to a particular position you do so. Next year, if we don't sign 6-7 WRs watch history repeat itself. We should also have a field day with DEs and DTs as well. You have to take advantage of certain classes and that's recruiting 101. 30 or more should be the number for next year since this may be one of the best classes ever.

We would be 2/3 if Walton had never reclassified. They wouldn't have forced Cronk & Dexter out and Scarlett could've done whatever he wanted to do. Walton reclassifying was the dumbest **** I ever seen.

I agree but what about a Javarius Davis, what if we offered Julius, what if we sold Cronk competition from the get go, what if we signed q. Wilson last year or offered archer or causey to help us with scarlett, the staff blew this one bad and its just that obvious.
