that was after a 4th and two pass to Brevin where Brevin faded away from the ball and complained about PI instead of attacking the ball, high pointing it and forcing the PI call that he absolutely would have gotten.
Our WR/TE are not taught how to go after the ball in 50/50 scenarios which are way better than 50/50 and really should be a strength of any offense not a fatal flaw

You're not wrong about the way our receivers play the ball in the air (waiting for the ball instead of attacking it), but in hindsight and compared to some of the other ticky-tack PI calls against us, this one should have been called. Notwithstanding Brevin not coming back hard for the ball in the air.

It’s the difference between hoping something happens and making it happen. Brevin being a star will often get the benefit of the doubt from an official. Force their hand. Make a play on the ball through the DB and force the official to throw the flag.

Agreed. It’s the same **** in every thread. Parroting the same garbage over and over again. Very little could be discussed without shtick and whining.
To this thread. That was a terrible call in the game and is the exact emotion we want from our coach on a huge call like that. It positioned the game from possibly being 14-7 (after a PI call where the ball landed 6 yards out of the endzone) and the game was quickly 21-0.... we get it and agree that the D can’t be giving up so many points, but **** that call was garbage and had us all throwing things.
