09/25 QB Rotation

It’s a stunt to keep everyone guessing... when the practices are closed NKosi getting 1st team reps

This is one of those situations where Richt thinks he's outsmarting the opponent but in reality is only making himself look stupid/foolish in the process. Play the qb who gives you the best chance to win. From last week's results it's quite clear that qb is Perry. Stop trying to reinvent the f****g wheel Richt!!

did saban do the same when he kept messing with the media regarding Hurts/Tua for most of this year and offseason?

Man it’s ******* UNC, not LSU. Why the games ?

both teams have 3 days to prep and we hold the advantage as we know the QB situation. why give away info when you don't need to? just to make some message board posters happy?

LoL, they were running drills during media time, correct? Actually makes sense because it allows your quarterback to work timing with multiple receivers. We have a pretty big rotation at receiver right now.

I'm willing to bet the Perry starts. You don't pull your starting quarterback who has 17 career starts and go with your #2 for 45 minutes, who played extremely well, and then say nevermind next game Malik has it this game. I would definitely hedge because if for some reason Perry struggles early against UNC, then you can have him on a short lease. I don't care who we are playing this is a conference game. What I will say about Rosier is he is a team player and won't say a word edge-wise in the locker room or with the media. The kid will handle it well and I guarantee you he will help N'Kosi.

It's one thing to do it during the offeseason, but you're in week 5 of the regular season. Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't Tua the starting qb by opening day?

247 said perry got 1st reps in the handoff drill and rosier got 1st reps in the passing drills.

Perry is the younger qb with less game experience, BUT has more upside and the "hot hand" so to speak. Why not give him the needed reps with the 1s to get him more comfortable and acclimated? No need to overthink things here.

again do you know how long media viewing is compared to the entire practice?

I'm reading just as much into this as I read into Cade Weldon receiving first team snaps yesterday, after only seeing the field for 30 seconds against FIU. Richt has stated that he is almost completely sure as to who the starter will be against UNC. If Malik was going to be the starter, he would have come out and announced it right away, like he did after the Savannah St game, when Perry had a good showing. The next day, he announced Malik as the starter against Toledo.

This is Perry's team now. Richt knows it, the team knows it, the media knows it, and the fans know it. What's even more funny, is UNC knows it!

So now Miami is at the point of needing to fool that 1-2 UNC football power?
1.That 1-2 team is listed as a trap game for us, underestimate and end up like VT vs OD
2. We only have 4 days to prepare
3. They’re going to study recent film of our QB play which is N’kosi vs FIU not Malik vs Toledo
Any opportunity to keep them off balance is well needed because they get their best players back from suspension

he was not. you dont remember saban going off on the reporter after the Lville game for asking him about the QB situation?
