It was extremely boring. Was having flashbacks of the Paul Johnson GT days. Felt like I watched more minutes of commercials than I did the game.
Do you remember the 1990 Miami FSU game where our high flying O decided to pound the rock and ran all over FSU?

It wasn't a boring game. It was a calculated game. We scored on 7 of 8 drives. The ONLY way FSU stays in the game is if we kept throwing the ball and getting Cam killed. Would that have been exciting enough for you?

You take what the D gives you. FSU couldn't stop both pass and run, and they wisely chose to stop the pass, because they didn't want 60 hung on them again.

Miami was content eating clock and scoring every drive, knowing good and darn well FSU wasn't going to break 20.

Not saying it wasn't the right game plan or it wasn't satisfying watching FSU get dominated at the LOS, but it was boring lol

One can hope, football is after all entertainment. Don't get me wrong I'm satisfied with how dominant we were, but it was still boring lmao
Compared to our other games this year it somewhat was. I get it.

Seen those same sloppy acc game all these years , just happy to be finally be the team getting the W out of it.

I gotta be honest with you. The one drive where we punted made me sick to my stomach. As much as I love throwing the ball all over the field, I grew up watching Marino in his prime for crying out loud, we should have kept running the ball down their throats after having so much success on the first drive.

I know all of us wanted a beatdown of epic proportions, but what we did to FSU was manhandle them on the LOS. It was a huge statement game. Now people are not talking about how Cam Ward wins us every game, but how our run game flat out dominated, and we didn't need Ward throwing for 350 and 4 TDs. This was a really, really good thing. Moving forward, teams are going to have more to think about than just Cam Ward.

Cam made a huge difference in the outcome. He should not be getting killed with OL being the foundation of the team.

A boring win is always better than a loss, but we played their slow down game and it was closer for a long part of the game than it should have been.

It shouldn’t have taken the 4th quarter club music to get the crowd back into an asskicking of FSU, but it did.

8-0.

Yeah I totally agree with everything you're saying. Watching Cam do magic on the field the seven prior games spoiled me I guess. :ROFLMAO:

Oh I felt it, too. It took me a bit to appreciate what I was watching.
