“Miami survives scare “

That’s what the title was for our game as the tease form commercial. I posted this would happen and it is lol. At no point were we in danger and not in control but it was a scare lol.
Yep, game was absolutely never in question.

I’m sorry, but anyone watching that game knew it was a beat down. I’ll give VT some credit, they milked the clock a lot. I’m pretty sure we only had 4 drives the whole second half. We punted twice and had the two scores

Meanwhile on ESPN the lowest win probably was at the start of the game. At no point did it drop below 90 percent. Yet they make a banner that says we survived a scare 😂

It's unreal
Someone should Twitter/X-bomb ESPN with this. They need to be called out. The more the better. Perfect example with their own metric saying one thing, but their narrative-led show saying the opposite.

this is why you put on a 70-7 type blowout the way ND did

All the things they could have said about the game and that’s what espn chose as the quote.

That’s exactly why we needed to win the game 55 to 10 to avoid any chance of them creating an narrative
I hear you, and I think we played well enough to do so if we wouldn't had more possessions. We scored on every drive except two, Very efficient. The reason we did not have more drives is because the rest literally kept their flag in their pocket for 10 plus offensive holds. Not to mention seven fourth down attempts they got until they got it right & the "make up calls" after the inadvertent whistle. The refs get us from getting to 50, not the offense.
