Is maybe the dumbest hot take in the history of this board.

And btw, Shannon landed the top class after a 5-7 season, showing that after year 1 the on field results dont correlate to recruiting, and good recruiters will land top classes with a first year bump.

Just ANOTHER thing Manny sucks at. incredible.

Perhaps you'd be better served supporting a different university. Might I recommend FIU? They're the king of 305 and have more reasonable expectations.

Just a thought. If that doesn't work for you, let me know. I'm sure that with a little trial and error we can find just the right school for you.

Most schools you need to be a decent coach to got 6-6. Decent class after 6-6 is why Howard said all Miami ever needed was a good coach. ow if we could just get one.
 
This year's recruiting cycle was way better than last year's avalanche of decommitments ....

That being said, Manny was lucky that FSU was an even bigger dumpster fire than Miami...and Canes capitalized on the apocalypse in Tallahassee....

If FSU was decent this year....Our 2020 class would have ended up looking like the disaster in 2019.....

being decent after 6-6 is irrelevant. the entire point is that good coaches and recruiters will get top classes after year 1, regardless of record.

I'm also not a fan of mindless *****ing. You seem to be really bothered by this. Your outrage doesn't seem healthy and I'm trying to help you find a little happiness. You seemed to take offense at my suggestion, probably because the sting of the FIU loss is so recent. Maybe we move up the road a bit. FAU just got a new coach and they beat the sht out of FIU this year. Maybe you're more of an Owl guy. You know, Schnellenberger used to coach there.

At least we know now why OrangeBowlMagic is so die hard Diaz. There is nothing more bizarre or pathetic than people who cheer on someone simply bc of their ethnicity.
 
I have a bad feeling about where things are heading for three reasons:

1.) Programs around the countries are giving us the work both on the field and generally in recruiting.
2.) The administration/coaching is average at absolute best.
3.) This fanbase has a bad habit of cannibalizing itself.

Things need to turn around quickly, as in now.

...first year bump of ANY of the failed corches pre Manny. Spends all offseason saying all we needed was a new OC, then all during season saying we need better players, then brings in the 17th ranked class in the country. You arent winning **** with classes like this, even if you had actually...
