Not a fan of B1G move but it is the only move. Anyone left out will forever play behind the 8ball. Not a fan of rushing to make major moves but got to know when it’s “go time” that moment is passing every week. Hope our officials make the only move soon. Really no other options except haggling...

the B1G is running away with the majority of the market at the moment. Best move would be for the SEC to shut them out of the south all together. Doubt it’s in the cards but nobody knows

Why is Miami pushing for independence being mentioned? Is that really a position to be in? The coffers must be overflowing if that’s a real choice other than joining the P2 conferences

Would the TV money will be able to compete with the SEC and B10 conferences. Whoever stays will be playing behind the 8 ball so to speak if not. Which I’m of the assumption it’s not even close.

Just scanned over this thread. I’m of the understanding it’s BI0 or bust. Looks like a lot of the “inside” folks have heard it’s as good as done. However this uncertainty will start impacting recruiting soon. I didn’t catch a timeframe in here. Is this in the next few year’s timeframe or nah?

The team may be better off but I would have a difficult time adjusting to the B10

Has good points, I still say if you put UNC vs Virginia on one station and Miami vs Arkansas on the other the difference in ratings would be impressive in favor of Miami vs Arkansas
